1. Nature of Service

Plate Assistance and Services operates strictly as an independent private assistance platform. We do not manufacture plates or issue official government permits. Our service consists of procedural advisory, data validation, and assistance with application filing.

2. Accuracy of Submitted Information

The applicant is solely responsible for ensuring that all details provided — including vehicle registration number, chassis digits, engine digits, and delivery address — are true and accurate as per the vehicle registration certificate (RC).

3. Fixed Assistance Fee

A non-negotiable processing fee is charged for our digital consultation and advisory services. The fee is clearly presented prior to payment confirmation and covers our documentation support.
